Grayson is 7!

Just a short week after Alyia was born we got to celebrate Grayson's 7th Birthday! I can't believe he is already 7! I was still healing from the csection so we decided to take him to Chuck E Cheese. He had a blast spending all of his 75 tokens on the games. Games make him so happy and he is so good at them. He had so much Fun and so did we. I love you Grayson and am so proud of who you are growing up to be!

The Best Big Brother!

Grayson is such a great brother! He wants to hold Alyia all the time. We still need to remind him that he needs to be really soft but, I can't belive how great he has been with Alyia.

I love my kids so much! I am one lucky Mommy!

2 Weeks Old

My friend Viri and I had so much fun taking Alyia's newborn photos. She was such a fun model! Also, the prettiest I have ever seen!

Alyia Hope!

Alyia was born on April 23, 2010 at 12:17 am! She weighed 6 lbs 5 oz and was 19 inches long. She is so perfect and so worth the wait! I couldn't be any happier. She is definitely a girl, so full of drama from the day she was born. We all love her more then anything!

I feel in love with her as soon as I had the chance to see her, really as soon as I found out I was going to have her! She is so beautiful and I couldn't ask for anything more. I have my Family! I was so amazed at the experience of having a full term baby this time. I got to have her in my room the whole time. I couldn't bring myself to send her to the nursery at all. I guess that is because I didn't get to keep Grayson with me when he was born. She can always put a smile on my face.

Alyia already has Daddy wrapped around her finger. He is so great with her and so in love. I am so lucky that my kids have such a great Daddy and I have such a great husband. He wasn't able to stay long at the hospital after she was born because he needed to get back to Grayson. But, they both came back first thing in the morning.

Grayson can not get enough of his little sister! I was so scared that he was going to be jealous when she was born but he just lit up! All he kept saying was Mommy thank you so much for spitting her out! You did a great job! He is such a cute brother and so protective! He loves her more then anything.

Sugar and Spice!

I am so blessed to have such great people in my life! My best friend Viri threw me the greatest baby shower for Alyia! I honestly have never felt so loved and cared about. I was so glad to have the chance to celebrate our baby girl with such good friends. I got so many great things for baby Alyia that I couldn't wait to use for her. I even got her blessing dress that looks just like the one

my mom made for me. It means more to me then anyone could know to have the great friends and family around me. Thank you Viri for such a great party! Thank you to everyone who came!

So I had a freak accident right around Thanksgiving and kneeled on a pin. I am such a lucky girl because it ended up in my knee cap, and then I got an infection due to it. I ended up in surgery to get it removed which was really weird because I was pregnant so they did a spinal block so I was awake the whole time. It felt even weirder then a c-sec. Everything went great and baby didn't have any problems due to it. Grayson on the other hand had sympathy pains and he insisted his knee hurt too. It was so cute because the whole time I was on crutches he was to. He had all his teachers wondering what was wrong with him because he hopped around school.

Lets start with Christmas!

We had a great year and Grayson was so excited about everything. His new big toy this year was the smallest toys I think they make, Bakugans!!! Santa seemed to get everything right which is always very nice. We had a great time being together as a family! I am so Lucky to be blessed with everything I have. I feel like I couldn't ask for anything better. We are all healthy and happy and awaiting our newest member Alyia Hope!
